Fantastic City Center Stay

immaculate roomconvenient locationhelpful staff
I found the location to be convenient, with the cathedral and visitor center nearby. The staff were cute and helpful (I really appreciated their restaurant recommendations). The room was immaculate with quality bedding. Included parking was a definite plus.
The sink design wasn't ideal, as a low glass shelf made it difficult to wash properly.
Facilities
9/10
On-site parking provides secure entry to the premises. A lift is available for rooms on the upper floors, aiding with luggage. The hotel also participates in a tree-planting initiative (a great touch!).
Dining
9/10
A Nespresso machine is in each room, complete with real milk and coffee pods. There's a coffee shop located directly across the street. Several nearby restaurants provide discounts to guests (a welcome perk!).
Service
10/10
The staff was friendly and accommodating. A guest book in the hotel offers local restaurant recommendations. Secure entry ensures peace of mind throughout the stay. They were always quick to respond to questions.
